The 2024 Semi-Annual Employee Service Awards recognized the dedication of County of Lake employees across various departments. With honors for five to thirty-five years of service, the event recognized the vital contributions staff make to community well-being and public service excellence.
The 2024 Semi-Annual Employee Service Awards recognized the hard work and commitment of County of Lake employees in March and September. These acknowledgments celebrate individuals who have dedicated years of service, highlighting their contributions to the community and reinforcing the importance of their roles within the organization. Each year, Employee Service Awards commemorate individual achievements and strengthen community ties by acknowledging the collaborative efforts of staff to enhance the quality of life for Lake County residents.
Also recognized were veteran employees Art Grothe from the District Attorney’s Office, Amy Patton from the Library, James Stuckert from Public Works, Sergeant Jared Bussard from Lake County Sheriff’s Office, and Carlton “CJ” Barker from Social Services, each of whom celebrated 25 years of dedicated service. Senior Deputy District Attorney Edward Borg and Deputy Sheriff Sergeant Dennis Keithly also celebrated 20 years of service.
The awards ceremony acknowledged outstanding service from employees. Notable recipients include Amy Jensen, who celebrates 30 years in Child Support Services, and Bob Allen, with 35 years in Public Services.
